Content Inputs: Text, topics, or guidelines you provide for our AI to generate posts.
Interaction data: Questions you submit, booking details, basic analytics (e.g., page views, referral source).
Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, cookies (see “Cookies & Analytics”).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information unless you clearly choose to provide it.
3) How we collect it:
Directly from you via forms, surveys, bookings, email, or phone.
Via connected integrations: When you explicitly authorise our Content Engine to connect to your social media profiles.
Automatically via cookies/analytics on our website.
From third-party tools we use to operate our services (e.g., calendar, email platform).
4) Why we use it (purposes):

Respond to enquiries and deliver our services (incl. booking consults).
Power the Content Engine: To generate, schedule, and automatically publish content to your social media channels on your behalf.
AI Processing: To process your business details and topic inputs through Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to generate relevant content and strategy.
Operate, maintain, and improve our website and customer experience.
Send marketing emails only if you opt-in (you can unsubscribe any time).
Meet legal and regulatory obligations, prevent misuse, and protect our rights.
We will not send you marketing SMS unless you explicitly consent to that channel.
5) Marketing consent & unsubscribing:
Marketing emails are opt-in. If you check the box to receive them, we’ll send occasional updates and offers.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We action unsubscribe requests within 5 working days, and the link remains functional for at least 30 days after sending.
6) How we store & protect information:
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption at rest for backups, access controls, and secure cloud services.

Authorities: Where required by law, to prevent harm or fraud, or to protect our legal rights.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run our site and understand performance (e.g., aggregate traffic, popular pages). You can control cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly if you disable them.
10) How long we keep it:
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or to meet legal/administrative requirements. When no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymise it.
